Refund & Returns Policy

Every portrait is created on demand for you, and our physical products are printed and finished to order. This policy explains when we offer refunds, reprints, and returns. It does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction.
Digital downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded your file and believe you were charged in error, or if the file fails to download or is corrupted, contact us within 14 days and we will fix the problem or issue a refund.
Made-to-order prints, canvases, and apparel
Physical products are custom-made, so we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or for choosing the wrong size or product. However, we stand fully behind our craftsmanship:
- Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we will reprint and reship it at no cost, or issue a full refund. Please tell us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows your order was lost or never delivered, we will reship or refund it.
- Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct one at no charge.
Order cancellations
Production begins quickly after purchase. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before the item enters production; once production starts, we may be unable to cancel a made-to-order item.
How to request a refund or reprint
Email hello@auraarchive.art with your order number and a description of the issue (and a photo, for damaged or misprinted items). We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
